Rotary
International Member Access Area Tutorial
The
Rotary International web site has a great tutorial on using the
member access area to update club information for club
presidents and secretaries. You will find that link below. But
first, there are three pieces of information you will need to
gather before you try to register as a member.
1) District number: 5190
2) Club ID Number: Your club secretary has your club number. If
you have a printed District directory, you may also find your
club number next to your club name on the "Club Index"
page (first of the white pages).
3) Rotary International Member ID: Your member ID is located on
the label of your Rotarian magazine (see example below). If you
do not get the Rotarian magazine, email the District Webmaster
here
and request your Member ID. Provide your full name and club name
in that email.

Here is the link to the Member
Access Area tutorial This is a Microsoft PowerPoint
Presentation and is the only format provided by Rotary
International. Save it to your computer and then open it with
PowerPoint.
